Training in the Community

Recommended Posts

As I have metioned before I know of someone that used to be heavily involved in the coridors of power...

I was speaking to them last night and he said that back in the day when Ken Brown was manager, the team came and trained at the opening of a local playing field.

I understand that there could not have been a match because of the risk of injuries in pre-season, but what a spectical it would be.

So, do we think the club should pick a place away from Colney to train one day during pre-season somewhere in the local community again?

I seem to remember they used to use Trowse which was a playing field before it got developed for houses? Personally I can''t see the need because I assume that anybody can go and watch training again now?
