Recommended Posts

I know Mick Dennis is hated on here... But for those who enjoy a good article about all things Norwich City, copy and paste the link below. http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter.com/full_article.asp?i=5148Enjoy, James

Only hated by some. Whilst his views are sometimes controversial, he always writes / speaks with authority and style. Reading /  listening to him is always worthwhile, as is the article you refer to.

I don''t hate the guy,i just dissagreed with him a few times.And to be fair to him,he always gives City a mention when he is on 5Live etc.This is actually a good article by him,even if there is a subtle dig at this forum[:P]

Good tutorial but how is the link url customised to "click me"?

Would be really grateful for that tutorial.

I was scratching my head about how to pull that trick off as well [*-)]

Easy!

For a standard URL you just write {url}http://www.pinkun.com{/url}

To embed a link in the text, instead you write: {url=http://www.pinkun.com}Your own text here{/url}

But obviously with square rather than curly brackets. For instance:

Clicky!

I don''t think that Mick Dennis is hated on here, it''s just that a message board covers a broad spectrum of opinion.  That Mick chooses to concentrate on the negative end of that opinion in his articles, and tarring all message board posters with the same brush, says more about him than the people who he targets, in my opinion.  Maybe he feels threatened by message boards ?  After all, he has made a good living out of having an opinion, and these days everyone can have an opinion, and they very rarely get paid for having one.
I like Mick Dennis
When he is keeping Porky Parry under control.

Mick D. is right about Lambert. I thought it was brill the way (before the match started), he waved first to the Norwich fans and then the Colchester fans behind him. Have a look at the Football League Show on BBC iplayer if you haven''t already seen it.

As for Holt and the Championship, would you say Roberts was an Olympic sprint champion?
