Post Balance Sheet Events - Transfer of player registrations

''Since the year end the club has acquired the registrations of players Jen Berthel Askou……

…..David Nwaogu and David Stephens.''

1)       I thought David Stephens had come through our satellite Academy at Hatfield. So who did we

acquire his registration from?

2)    What positon does David Nwaogu play in?  Anybody have any idea who we acquired his registration from?

OTBC!

Nwaogu came from Reading''s academy and is a striker. Well, he was at Reading not really sure now. I sit next to a Reading fan who was very surprised he was allowed to leave as he was very highly rated at one point.

Not sure about the Stephens thing, maybe we have to aquire registration to be changed from Hatfield to Norwich, to get around the distance to work thing that affects youth players.

David Nwaogu signed for Norwich City as an Academy Scholar at the end of June 2009. He was previously with Reading making 2 appearances for their Under-18s during 2008/9. Whilst with Reading, he was placed on standby for the England Under-16s but later declared that he would prefer to play for Nigeria, his country of origin.
