Didnt get Colchester tickets!! :@

Very very gutted that i didnt get the Colchester tickets along with 6 of my friends! I was in priority group 2 but they put me down to priority group 3 because i didnt submit my 10 away stubs but surely they have them on the computer when you buy tickets?

Has this happened to anyone else?

You have to submit your stubs to the ticket office, it''s clearly stated on the forms and that''s how the system has always been as far as I''m aware...though I agree they should set it up to automatically log which games you''ve bought for.

The automatic system wouldn''t necessarily work. I go to away games as part of a group so only 1 person actually buys the tickets, with our numbers if needed. How would this be logged against the relevant season ticket?

They wouldnt work in your case, but im assuiming in the OPs case that he is the one who bought his tickets, so I think the cub really should have a better way of keeping count of fans away games, considering anyone else can just ask for their mates stubs in order to amount 10, which I think is unfair

Athough it was well known that you needed to submit them, so unless you''ve lost them I cant see why you didnt.

You only have to submit them once a season as well so if possible you could just go in at the start of a season and register your ten stubs there and then.

The ticket stubs have to be registered in person at the box office or at the castle mall shop!
