Martin and McNamee sign

Martin seems a good fit and is getting better all the time, being young yet and new to the team. McNamee, like many wingers, has been inconsistent with his previous teams but does provide another option, though unfortunately on the right wing rather than his favoured left wing if Lappin is playing as well. With the lack of money available, this seems a bit of a risk.

Lambert has done well in all other aspects, but has been cautious regarding bringing new players in. Still, if he can bring another CB in on loan as cover for Askou and Spillane and then sign another striker to replace Cureton if he leaves, I would be well pleased. A back up for Hoolahan in the ''hole'' would be useful as well, especially if McVeigh leaves, as seems likely. IMO, Tudur Jones is needed as back-up for Russell (though Gill can play there as well).

Russell will obviously replace semi which is a shame [:(]

but we have soo many options on the right - smith, adeyemi, hughes, McNamee
