Time to go Delia

The simple reason David Sullivan is not Norfolk bound . Not now , not ever.

[quote user="Mister Chops"]Only Mick Dennis could make a "simple reason" last for two pages.

Only got as far as the end of page one then I started nodding off  [:)]

It''s not like he''s hard up or anything, I''m sure he could find himself a nice little house down here!

It sounds stupid for whealthy business men to think like it but being right in the heart of nowhere does play a big factor in our club, weather it''s getting a takeover, or buying players.  That and the fact that Delia has way, way, way over priced us.

It was always obvious that Sullivan and Gold had West Ham as their first priority and Charlton as the second, with Norwich probably third. What Dennis''s piece (with its cautious "probably" in the intro) supposes is that it will be one or the other of the top two:"And that is why he and David Gold want to buy West Ham. Failing that, they''ll buy Charlton." The interesting question is what will Sullivan and Gold (who both want to get back into ownership) do if they decide the financial problems at West Ham (dreadful) and Charlton (not quite so dreadful but not negligible) are too great to take on.

If Evans decides he doesn''t want to throw any more cash at them he could sell cheaply and still make a good return on his investment.
