Does the Carrow Rd PA system remind you of British Rail?

At the last home game against Brighton I though the Carrow Rd. PA. system reminded me of announcements made by British Rail, i.e, at times you knew somebody was talking but you couldn''t understand them!

Anybody else notice this?
