The downside of playing minnows in the cup.

Recommended Posts

Everybody but City supporters will want to see us dumped on our backsides. Not a single neutral will want us to win. Plus, clumsy non league tackling could rob us of key players. Apart from that, bring it on!!

there''s cup minnows, and then there''s village clubs with a population of 4500 people from the 8th tier of English football, if sky are seriously snooping around looking for a cup upset, I think they''re going to go away embarrarrsed with their noses bloodied. This really should be embarrasingly one-sided for all concerned.

Ignorance on my part here, are they even semi professional? Are some of their players amateurs?

I''m really looking forward to it. I grew up near there, played cricket against paulton a few times, huge great big slope on the pitch. I know nothing about the footy team though except they play one league above the team bunch of my mates from school play for.
