Canary Boy 0 Posted January 1, 2005 Well, a big well done to the boys.In the first half, Pompey weren''t even in the game. We really could of gone in at half time 0-4 up! The second half was a little different, we started well but as time went on, the fact that we were one man down really started to show and Worthington taking off McKenzie and then Huckerby showed that he was happy to hold onto a point.Francis'' goal was superb, can''t wait for MOTD tonight. Their penalty was dubious, it looked from where I was that Francis handed it, but some said Fleming sort of punched it...couldn''t see too well. Will have to see more clearly on TV.Definaltly 2 points lost though. Portsmouth only had about 3 shots on target and considering they were at home and we only had 10 men for 99% of the game, I think we put in a great account of ourselves!Leon missed a header with an empty net in front of him...apart from that, he was a real handful and Linvoy Primus couldn''t handle him.
