BlyBlyBabes 0 Posted October 20, 2009 What I saw last night was football the Norwich way. Good stuff indeed. Well done so far Paul Lambert. But(i) Thought we were more than a llittle short of decisiveness, penetration and sharpness in the final third. Strange, I suppose, given all the goals we have scored this season. (ii) Stiil concerned about going into any match with 7 substitutes but no specialist defender amongst them. Seems unnecessarily rash to me.(iii) Forster''s miskick leading to their winner was not his only hack of the night - there were 2/3 other pretty ropey clearances. Some brilliant saves though. Is he the keeper we need through to the end of the season? I think the jury must be out on this one.Maybe, maybe not. Hmmm. A hard one, that. The general quality of football on display last night from both teams was a credit to the third division in my view. Pity the ground was half empty, but at least the TV audience augmented the number of people able to see that City are now a team to be seriously reckoned with in this division.Overall I think a draw would have been a fair result. Now let''s see what happens on Saturday. A good win would do the club a powerful lot of good psychologically and dismiss any doubts that may have crept in after last night.OTBC

Can anyone confirm or rubbish this claim and provide the figures?OTBC
