BlyBlyBabes 0 Posted September 13, 2009 We were both relegated together. Charlton haven''t changed their team, whereas Norwich have undergone major surgery. It will be interesting to see which approach wins out by seasons end.Alan Drury and folks on here keep saying that our upcoming matches against MK Dons and Charlton will be markers for the season. This was said about the Wolves matches last year - didn''t work out that way though, did it?Funny old game, football. One love.OTBC
Dean Coneys boots 1,382 Posted September 13, 2009 Charlton accepted relegation last season and changed things then, in preparation. That said they held on to some and ensured stability- their 11 has barely changed. Norwich had to change as we had some real dross who did not care, but we then foolishly sacked a man after letting him spend the money- we have had a choppy changy start (again) and seem unable to ever get any stability to the starting 11.... Puzzy magnet 0 Posted September 13, 2009 Only foolish thing about Gunn''s sacking was that it was 3 months too late. A reminder: Norwich 1 Colchester 7. A further reminder: Charlton 4 Norwich 2.
