Gruyere or gorgonzola for me.

As for cheddar the more mature and sharp the better.

I''m also partial to some crumbly cheshire sometimes.

It''s quite hard to track down in this country but you can get hold of the milder version; Priest''s Special Stock at any good public school tuck shop.

I hate cheese. Like seriously, I don''t think there is anything I hate more. Can''t even get away from it on here.... aaah!
