His record at Livingston was awful but he has picked it up to be a solid manager at his last to clubs with a win percentage of over 40%.  Most managers would love to boast a win record of over 40% at teams that aren''t exactly the best in the world, or even their league.

Anyone is better than Gunn but isnt about time we have a proven manager than can gain promotion. Lambert has never even been near the playoffs...

im not moaning if you read the title it says slightly worried...not wrong decision. im just saying that his statistics and the fact we didnt even interview seems to be a bit of a rush decision in my opinion. im sure he will be a success. but that win percentage wont lead us to promotion....
