day off??

Recommended Posts

After watching that tactical and spineless performance I cannot believe Butterworth says they are having a day off!!

Perhaps some wall building skills or some tackling or some communication??

I''m not sure Lambert will be sticking to this, I reckon he''ll definitely get the players in today, even if it is just for a chat.

Lambert has probably seen enough of the first team already to tell him all he needs to know.  If he spends today looking at the reserves, when the first team come back on Thursday he''ll have a better idea of what else he has to pick from.

PS.  If I was a first team player who really wanted to impress, I think I''d show my face at Colney today anyway.

And you''d have thought they would have played out of their socks last night wouldn''t you?

I think this line tells us everything we needed to know about ''Team Gunn''"We wanted somebody with ability, somebody who can

motivate players, galvanise the team and most importantly for me,

somebody who could improve the players on the coaching pitch day in,

day out
- not overnight, but day in, day out gain improvements in the

long-term."

Who would do this then?  Butterworth and Crook may already be gone and the new management have to actually arrive and work out what is going on first.  Day off seems sensible to me. [quote user="hopeful canary"]
