It was sad to see that we were far more long ball than a team from League Two last season! Apart from hoofing it up to Holt and looking for a knock down to McDonald we had no ideas. If we want to succeed we need a variety of options to keep an opponent''s defence on their toes. I had to sit with the Brentford fans last night and they were delighted and surprised at how predictable we were. A key reason for Brentford''s victory was that they hit the long ball, used the flanks, passed through the middle and hit us on the break ... they mixed it up.Forget this myth that Norwich always try to pass and move.
