i dont think you can sign a player who is on loan.  you would have to wait untill the loan finished before you can complete the deal.

I think it would also depend weather Ipswich have a recall clause in the loan deal as well

I would imagine we do have a recall clause. We would want to protect ourselves against injury crises and also keep the option of a sale open. He''s been told that he''s not in our plans.
