nolegs 0 Posted September 14, 2004 Is it just me or do we seem to waste an awful lot of corners by putting them short.I''m all for mixing them up, but when we take a short one the players always seem clueless what to do with it and a potential scoring opportunity goes to waste ,perhaps some more time at Colney should be put in to address this ,wadya think? shropshire canary 0 Posted September 14, 2004 Drives me mad this at times (my son will tell you!). It''s fine for the quick one (Hucks in particular likes this) but given that we are averaging only 5 or 6 corners a game then too many of these when the support play isn''t in place yet becomes easy to defend as you''re expecting it.I wonder if it''s a tactic given our lack of height or a rush of blood to the head sometimes.
