Paradox

2nd Half momentum

Recommended Posts

Why is it that (Palace excluded) we seem to be overun in the first 45, then come back out a different team in the second?

Is this deliberate? Does Worthy fear we can''t keep that pace up for the whole match, so try and keep it tight in the first, then nick something in the second? Or are we simply scared of the recent iconic sides & only get a grip in the second?

don''t know paradox, we seem to have played like this almost since worthy took over, almost every game last season (certainly at FCR was like it)

we seem to let teams run at us, the better ones holding on to long periods of possession - we have to go out there and take the game to the other team on a more regular basis, certainly at home

It was suggested on sky that it was almost like the players preferred to be attacking the end where all the City fans were / where the noise was coming from..

It definately seemed the case against spurs, can''t remember where the fans were for the other games / halfs.. anyone else remember?

Old Trafford - towards City fans in first-half.

St James'' - towards City fans in second-half.

Carrow Road - usually towards City fans in first-half (can''t remember the last time we started a game going towards the River End)
