Shaun Tilly Lace 0 Posted August 15, 2009 I haven''t had a chance to go out and look through the papers yet so that''s why I''m asking this question. It wouldn''t surprise me at all though if this negative story is given maximum attention, as good news and good results at City are largely ignored by the national news media. Ooh Ahh Lee Power 2 Posted August 15, 2009 Yeah just read the daily mail and it has a small piece about Gunn and says Bothroyd is favourite to take over with Sanchez and Peter Reid other names.
Shaun Tilly Lace 0 Posted August 15, 2009 So we didn''t get the seven or eight pages devoted to the story that the sacking of the manager at one of the Big Four clubs would have done then?

Ha! Which age are you harking back to there? The early 90s? We were live on telly in Europe then, so hardly ignored.
Shaun Tilly Lace 0 Posted August 15, 2009 Thanks to all who answered my question. I shall ignore Clit Eastwood''s worthless contribution, however.
