Bring Back Gunn

Hilarious. Lets take the p!ss out of two of our most loyal, long-serving players, YOU KNOW THE ONES WHO ACTUALLY SEEMED LIKE THEY CARED.

Let''s bring a bitter failed ex manager back to work under his sucessor. That should do wonders for dressing room unity. Jesus, I''ve seen some moronic crap posted in the last few days but I think you may just have secured the first prize!

So you expect the next manager to tolerate an ex manager coaching his ex players under the nose of the new guy.

Brainless.

I totally agree with you. To have a failed, sacked manager working under a new manager would be a recipe for disaster.  [:D]

Oh dear Oh dear.

Sorry that my humour has upset a couple of you but the replies to the OP by others hopefully explains it.

I''m stilled pizzed off and tired after the joys of Exeter and watching the results of Gunn and the other green and yellow blood brothers efforts.

I shouldn''t have mentioned Sutch ''cos i could really go off on one

There wont be any job for Gunn at Carrow Road now , that is the penalty for having a go at the big one , like McNally said yesterday hes welcome back anytime, to watch a match .

What the hell are you talking about, have you taken leave of your senses completely?

For heavens sake my learned fellow Bury yellow was referring to one of the biggest turkeys to ever pull on the shirt when referring to Daryl ----- Sutch, did you ever actually watch him play, were you ever impressed by him, were you happy to see him get picked ahead of Danny Mills?

It’s been a mad weekend but that really took for biscuit and as for Gunn? I’m sorry but the guy took a massive gamble and failed and the tragedy of it all is I doubt he could ever have job at FCR again, that was the price he was always going to have to pay.

Sad, very sad indeed.

The real shame of Gunny''s demise was that the failure was completely inevitable. We all knew it would end in disaster and it has.

PS Don''t get me started on Sutch. Who can forget Delia telling us at a meeting that Danny Mills was inferior to Sutch is every department? Soon after that Mills was playing for England and DS was struggling to get in the Southend side.

The dressing room unity, I would say, went out of the window on Friday morning.  Okay you can argue it wasn''t worth much but neither is the corporate crap that followed it.

Wait and see who your saviour is.  Bring it on, I say.[:P]

Did you ever see Sutch play? I have vivid memories of my first season at Carrow Road 1992/93. Maybe he should have gone years before he did, but in that season he was a cracking player, who scored and set up several crucial goals. However my point was that he seemed like he cared. That''s all I ask for, players who care, if he wasn''t good enough, that''s not his fault, it''s the managers for picking him. And several managers over the years with far more football knowledge than any of us, thought he was decent enough to get in the team.

Watch the 1992/93 video, if you can''t remember it.
