colufan 0 Posted August 17, 2009 So far his signings have been sound, and unlike last season, he has been playing pretty expansive football.He''s upset some fans with his treatment of some players that were well liked.He''s very ambitious. I accept that Norwich are a bigger club than us but I don''t think he sees Carrow Road as a final stop on his career path and if he doesn''t think you''re taking him where he wants to go he''ll bail out as he did at Wycombe. The majority of Col U fans want some stability and having given Lambert the resources to assemble his own team we would like to see what he can do with it. The early signs this season are encouraging as you guys have noticed.Conversely the majority of Norwich fans think you could do better, I''d question that to be honest but that seems to be the general feeling on here.I''ve heard it from a number of places now, could just be the same rumour getting out of control but suspect it may be the case. If so, it''s a risky move for Lambert in my opinion, he has not stayed anywhere long and has a platform to do something at Colchester which will get him his move to a big club.
