Gentleman Jim 0 Posted September 24, 2004 Hey ! just looked on the Liverpool site to see how they view their prospects against us. The topic was what will our score be against Norwich ? Here is one of the letters :-= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = == "PhsycobyrneI don''t care what the score is as long as we win.I am just excited about getting the chance to sing my favourite football song again,I can''t read, and I can''t write, but that don''t really matter,''cos I come from Norwich Town, and I can drive a tractor. Plastic Scouser 0 Posted September 24, 2004 Don''t get too hung up on this...I''m sitting at work in sunny Liverpool at the moment and despite all the grief I am getting it is easy enough to shut up the red half of town by mentioning the Jerry Goss goal...at which point they all get philosophical and start saying how its always good to watch Norwich as they play good football etc. Â I just hope so much that we do beat them tomorrow as I would love to rub their red noses in it!!! Ayrton Twigge 0 Posted September 24, 2004 Sounds to me like a 2001 vintage song They''ve rubbed out the word Ipswich and substituted the word Norwich.Bloody cheek.
Dean Coneys boots 1,233 Posted September 24, 2004 My favourite EVER football memory (promotion aside)Â is: Norwich 2 Liverpool 1 Drinkell: scoring in 88th (ish) minute It had the dual effect of 1)Â wiping the scouser smiles away 2) robbing those annoying fans who leave grounds too early. BRILLIANT!!!!! Lets hope that by the weekend it will be my second favourite memory!!
