A good restaurant in Norwich is Bishops. Used to be Fizzbuzz but changed the name to something slightly less 2001. Quite posh but the food is really good and it''s not too expensive.http://www.bishopsrestaurant.co.uk/Otherwise the Elmhill Brasserie is excellent, More intimate than Bishops so might be a good one for taking the lady to. http://www.elmhillbrasserie.co.uk/index2.htmlBoth places are pretty romantic and beat the usual suspects (Pinocchio''s, Rare etc) hands down.

For something a bit cheaper the Maids Head hotel is okay I guess. Not the best in the world but close by and right next to where you''re eating. Also has the Adam and Eve close by which is always worth a visit. Tell me what you think of the food at Elm Hill. I ate their set dinner last week and it was great. Good luck!
