WATCH FIRST TEAM TRAIN THURSDAY

Posted on: Mon 27 Jul 2009

FOR the

first time, Norwich City are inviting fans to watch an exclusive first

team training session at the home of the Canaries.

On Thursday, July 30, Carrow Road opens its doors to watch full

training of the squad, including the new signings - with the

opportunity to listen to interviews with some of the players, coaching

staff and Norwich manager Bryan Gunn.

Turnstiles in the Geoffrey Watling City Stand, sponsored by Aviva,

will open from 9.30am, with the training starting from 10.30am until

noon.

Admission is just £1, payable on the turnstiles on the day (no tickets in advance). All seats will be unreserved.

Refreshments will be available to purchase during the morning.

This is must for all Norwich City fans, young and old. So come along

to see your favourite City stars for a unique experience during your

summer holidays!

For information please call the ticket office on 0844 826 1902.

Please note that the Geoffrey Watling City Stand is now open for this event, and not the Jarrold Stand as previously advertised.

General public put their thoughts to camera or, if camera-shy, just on a dictaphone.

The Jarrold would make more sense. With the kids on their summer hols and such a low admission price, I could see the City Stand being full to bursting.

Sounds to me like another scheme to get more money out of us and I cant say that watching them train will excite me.

Wonder if this would have been done if Peter Grant was manager?

I can say I''ve never used a dictaphone before. I use my fingers like most people!

All hands to the pumps and all that, plus our club is bigger than an ageing, deranged old cook, she''ll be gone one day, hopefully, the club will survive her!

Well you could, but then you don''t get a comfy seat and a view that betters watching non-League from behind a rope barrier?

Who went then?! i really enjoyed it, quite interesting just watching what they do - particularly the half pitch defence vs attack match and the crossing and shooting.

Some nice finishes from Holt and Spillane!
