Hopefully it will gel this year but Norwich need a 2 or 3 year plan and have to be realistic about getting back into the championship. How he manages potential rotations could prove vital. Let''s see how we go but one things for sure , I won''t appreciate panicky changes based on one or two games - the squad WILL need to bed in.
