Lets hope now the board room has finally taken shape that, we can finally bring in some more players. Reading the EDP Gunn is hopefull of at least 4 next week, lets just hope they come in and bulk upour still very thin squad!

I''m struggling to fix a car so I decide to employ two guys who know abit about cars (well, they know where the doors are, where the engine is located, how fast they go etc) but don''t know anything about fixing them. They also have very little money to provide me with parts and tools. How does that help me out?

It doesn''t, they are not there to help you out, they are your employees. 

An employee will generally be paid by their employer rather than the other way round.

If you still want to borrow money from them, pay them more.

Instead of employing two blokes who know a bit about cars, employ one mechanic.[:D]
