Huddersfield have a lot more money to spend than many in League One this season.  Chairman has already promised to bank roll Clark.  They have already been in for several other players with opening bids in the region of £1m - not a common opening bid in this league.

I was just commenting in general.  I do not know whether Norwich were interested in Clarke or not but Huddersfield might be a "team to watch" this season in terms of buying power which, of course, does also include "personal terms."
