within reason of course, maybe we can have some fans representitives who can negotiate a list of players with Gunn on which players we can realistically get that fans would be happy with?

It does not mention new players though does it , into the playing budget could quite easily mean the money would go to pay the wages of the rubbish we already have at the club.
