Captain Holt 522 Posted June 1, 2009 Surely I''m not the only one that is sick and tired of all of our manager''s that we''ve had recently never revealing anything. In the Grant Holt article on the front page, Gunn says that the talk''s that he had with his players will remain private. Why?If they want out, tell us. That''ll teach ''em for jumping ship, embarrass them.Other club managers tell theuir fans about nearly every aspect in the way in which they go about their business. For example, Steve Bruce at Wigan (well, at the minute anyway) spilt the beans about Zaki and told the truth about what happened and what he really thought in the public eye. Could you imagine anyone at NCFC telling us this had a similar situation arrisen here? No way. They would''ve given us the same ''no comment'' garbage that we''ve been given for years. For christ sake just tell us what''s really going on!

Here are some possibilities.1) If it is known a player wants out the club are in a weaker position over transfer negotiations.2) What if someone doesn''t manage to leave, they''d be even worse as the fans were on thier backs!3) Would the players be honest with him if they thought he would tell the fans? Blofield Canary 11 Posted June 1, 2009 How would you take your manger disclosing to the EDP anything you had discussed in confidence with him?
