If the club couldn''t afford it then they shouldn''t have offered it in the first place!

You need to get your facts right.  90% of those at the St. Andrews Hall meeting stated  that they were entitled to a rebate.

Of that 90%, 75% said they were going to claim it.

Don''t look at it as a rebate, just the price of league 1 football. It would have been the right price if we were already in that league.
