If The Smiths Remain There Will Be No 'Radical' Change

However what the board don''t "seem" to realise is that as far as the City fanbase are concerned in the majority (verging on unanimous), the board can manage and change anything they want to below their position at the club, but it will mean nothing if they DON''T GO.The fact is, it is imopossible for a group of fans to tolerate, support, and unite under a regime that is accountable for severe past and ongoing failiure. They are the clear source of the current major problems at the club with their persistence in morderacy and prudence amongst other mistakes, and you would have to be struck blind, deaf, and dumb not to realise so at this stage. They now must IMMEDIATELY begin the proccess of stepping down, and really (and i mean ''really'') start vigorously looking for a capable prospective buyer, under reasonable conditions that leave the buyer capable of upholding the finances at the football club.As the board have said for the past 5 years, we must unite, but this time we will not unite under the banner of the board for the years of utter misery and failiure it has brought, rather than unite under the banner of the club, so we can once again hope for a future that doesn''t make our hearts sink.I hope NCISA now realises the enragement, frustration, and anger amongst Norwich City fans, and will begin to seriously pressure the board, with our backing, to step down.As much as it may hurt certain individuals reading this that are content or happy with the current regime, i''d like to issue an overwhelming guarantee and promise that if we pursue with them we will continue to spiral into further, and more rapid, decline, up until the point where damage done will become irrepairable. And due to this we all can no longer continue to tolerate the failiure we have suffered for the past 5 years, meaning this board can no longer be granted the managing privileges they have to make those mistakes..... BOARD OUT!

What an appalling ''mob mentality'' post.

A large part of our problem is that we have no money and yet you think we should have spent MORE.

You can complain about the managers (this IS the Board''s fault, though picking a manager is ridiculously hard and always a gamble) ) and players the money has gone on but it is a bit unreasonable to say we havemn''t spent enough.  Where is this extra money supposed to have come from?

And there is no evidence whatsover that the Board is trying deperately to find the type of buyer you suggest.  Hasn''t it occurred to you that they haven''t found one because there isn''t one at present?

another day another post saying the same as all the other board out posts, cant you all put them in one place, instead of cluttering up the place.

or maybe just put your comments in the many other threads that go along the same lines as yours.

We know the club is in dire straights, we dont need telling how bad it is every single day

The money we did have could have been spent better. Money was spent on tangible fixed assets that could have waited and we have money spent on land that we cant sell  for quite some time. In addition because of the boards inability to appoint a good manager we are wasting money on compensating sacked managers and we have a large turnover of the playing squad with money wasted there.

You can protest as much as you like but you cannot remove owners without buying them out so get over it.

Not quite true, the Southampton fans went on a boycott and Rupert left.  If the recurring revenues fall away then a football club could be in dire trouble. Whats the point of being a majority shareholder in a football club with little recurring revenues?

Some great points made there, I however don''t share your view that the fanbase as a whole will unite, too many different factions all with their own theories, for now.

It will take immense effort and probably only happen on the back of some radical (and I mean radical) change at the top of the club. Until there is change at Boardroom level (and that means for me, Delia and Michael stepping down) then we will merely drift/suffer as we have for a long time now.

NCISA does recognise the discontent as you have indicated. After presenting our formal report to the board we will be seeking a meeting with them to discuss how fans are feeling and using our feedback from members and other concerned fans, indicating possible ways to improve the running of the club.

I completely agree with your final paragraph John, it may take some time for those reluctant at the moment to say enough is enough, but when it comes to the crunch, we all have to ask ourselves just who do we support, the club, or Delia. It''s as simple as that.
