[:''(]Notice that its Oldham and Carlisle suggesting it - as is pointed out in the article, the northern teams in league 1 & 2 are worse in general so it would make it easier for them to get promotion.As also pointed out, the southern and midland clubs wouldn''t agree, nor would the blue square prem, so it won''t happen.
