Fans Deserve An Explanation

So the tediously inevitable decision to appoint

Bryan Gunn as Norwich City manager was anounced this afternoon, much to

the chagrin of the online supporting community. Now, with his previous

tenure as first team manager in mind, his full-time appointment seems

little more than further proof that the board of directors are, as many

have suggested, completely out of touch with what is required to take

the club forward. This might seem cynical to the majority of

happy-clappers who still think that Delia can do no wrong, but in the

absence of a justification, what are we supposed to think? If the board

wish to alleviate tension amongst supporters who seem angrily perplexed (rightly so)

by their decision to appoint Gunn despite his recent run as manager,

they should at least offer some kind of explanation as to why Gunn was

considered to be the best possible choice. If the board refuse

supporters this token of respect, they should not be surprised

when things turn nasty. After all, we have been left in the dark when

it comes to the reasons behind their actions, and have only our

observations to go on. City til'' I die

TBH I don''t even want to hear the Boards explanation, you can only imagine that they will give out the usual spin crap even if Doncaster isn''t working for them, there is nothing they can say that can make me change my view on Gunn as a Manager.

It''s a great way to damage potentially good relations. I really don''t see what good comes of it.
