being realistic what are we worth now after relegation

i know this question has been asked several times , just wondered what you guys and girls thought this club may be worth now ..?

because this seems to be delias stumbling block for selling , she was unrealistic last season of what she valued the club at .

is she prepared to take less now its happened .

or is her total un -realistic figure stands .

I think Mr. Cullum pointed this out to her a while back. While we''re losing 10K per week and no assets the only value in the club is the property. What chance would a property developer have of getting planning permission to demolish Carrow Road?

I honestly believe, that she doesn''t want to sell at all,  when talking of finding money it is always investment into, I would say in my limited knowledge of it all,  there is a hell of a difference between Investment and Selling your controling Holding

In a business sense, nothing at all. Any other businees run the way NCFC is would have been bankrupt years ago

You''d have to be a mug to pay even £3m. If someone offered to take the club off her hands for free she really should take the offer and run.
