mk dons v scunny

Recommended Posts

both look p1ss poor  if these are two of the better sides maybe we have a chance.  leeds and millwall looked decent last night but maybe the crowd and the occasion made it look better than it actually was..mk and scunny are atrocious  [:D]

Totally agree. Looking forward to penalties - probably the only shots on goal all game.

Chadwick probably best on field at mo.
Nine penalties for MK Dons and none from Chadwick. He must be awful from the spot...
Even the keeper took one... mind you, what a blinding penalty it was!

No, signed for them from Swansea last season.  Says he was taught how to take penalties by Shearer.  Scored one in the play off final last year - another cracker.

I don''t think we should sum up League One by this tense play off semi!

It''s not these teams which worry me it''s the high ball, rough-n-ready bullyboys who are licking their lips in the prospect of coming to sleepy Carrow Road already.

i spoke to a Director of Scunthorpe united on the phone at work.. he says the club has a little bit of money behind them and they are worred about losing Nigel Adkins as they have had to fight pretty hard to keep him this year.

He said the situation at Norwich has been coming for years, word gets around quickly in football and Delias ego is well known in board rooms through out the country.. he said we MUST get the right mix of players in in this division and Delia must be seeking investment as early as possible or he undertsands from those in the know that we may be nearer to administration than is let on...

jas :)

The funniest thing about Scunthorpe - which appears to be permanently enveloped in a strange yellow sunset - is the envelopes sent out by the local council which are franked "Scunthorpe: Industrial Garden City of the East"[:|]

Football wise it was years ago.  Some hapless Colchester side got the "We won''t be playing you again" and the valiant travellers responded with: "Say, who took the S of out of [:P]  Say, who took the S out of.........

It is old fashioned but if all else fails...............

I''m glad M K Dons are staying in League 1, thats an easy trip from here on the North Norfolk coast.

Hope Millwall win the play offs as Scunthorpe isn''t a bad trip either.
