7-1 to win the leauge

Recommended Posts

i fail to see how any bookmakers can give us any odds yet, when we dont know who is playing for us.

with all the loan players going back , and players leaving and no-one in yet,how can we possilble be one of the favorite teams to go straight back up ?

7/1 is laughable , the owners and manager have already said they are looking to consolidate , that our transfer budget will be appropriate for League 1 and that just about every half decent player will be leaving . 50/1 is a much more realistic price , we will be in this League for the next decade unless somebody like Cullum comes in.

The Gunn factor is the big one. 7-1 under Gunn might as well be 700-1, but under a manager with lower league nous, then 7-1 looks a reasonable price.

The bookies love punters who put their cash on a loser.......

That''s how they make their money......
