Henry VIII 0 Posted May 8, 2009 Let''s go for a left field managerial appointment. The coach didn''t work (Grant), the experience old hand didn''t work (Roeder) and the man with curious coloured blood didn''t work (Gunn). So, for an appointment that would make both front and back page new, how about Michael Portillo?I know he''s not busy with politics much anymore (can''t think why) and he certainly commands respect. He could do all the media and motivational stuff and leave the training and recruitment to people with better footballing brains (like Charles Clarke).Instead of shouting this down, think about it.It will create lots of headlines and will make sure Norwich get a mention every week just like Ipswich do now with Keane.Plus, with his parliamentary contacts, he could maybe fiddle the odd expense or two to put some more cash in our coffers. Beaker 0 Posted May 8, 2009 yours might be left field but my suggestion is very much RIGHT of centre...
Ali Dia 0 Posted May 8, 2009 Despite no longer being an MP, I''m sure he''d still find a way of fleecing the public like the rest of them, and put that money into our coffers

Daphne 0 Posted May 8, 2009 Ken Livingston''s out of work at the moment. He could tap a tidy sum out of his middle eastern friends.
