HappyhammerAndy 0 Posted May 5, 2009 A group of average players who had never had to live with the hype and expectation in your City during the week leading up to the game and that''s even before they stepped onto the pitch. From what little I saw and heard on TV, your defence was terrible. It just froze and didn''t know where they should be and what they should be doing. With the whole of a club''s future on the line clearly, it was too much for most of them.The team that you were playing were able to run out and play football on a lovely sunny afternoon without any pressure on them. Their manager probably told them to go out, enjoy, and express themselves, probably, for the first time this season.
