Train times

K guys I''m leaving Norwich on the 7:10 train to Liverpool street (10:40) includes bus (can''t avoid this bus). .  Here''s a little something to help me on the day to avoid all other buses and tube maintenance.

It would help if you had a day travel card which includes all zones. This will get you to Norwich to Chalton and back on any line about (£25) depending on group.

Hope you understand

Liverpool St to Charing Cross:

Central line (West bound) to Tottenham Court Road (5th stop)

or

Change to Northern line (south bound) to Charing cross (2nd stop).

Charing Cross, Waterloo East or London Bridge to Charlton.

 xx = every Hr

Trains leave Charing Cross at

xx10 (Dartford)

xx20 (Gillingham)

xx40 (Dartford)

xx50 (Gillingham)

                           and takes 25mins.

Or (quicker but more complex at London Bridge).

Liverpool St to London Bridge

Central line (west bound) to Bank (next stop)

or

Change to Northern line (south bound) to London Bridge (next stop)

London Bridge:  You will want the through lines, not the terminus bit.  Probably platform 4.

Trains leave London Bridge at

xx06 (Plumstead)

xx18 (Dartford)

xx29 (Gillingham)

xx36 (Plumstead)

xx48 (Dartford)

xx59 (Gillingham)                              and takes 15 mins.

WAY HOME

Liverpool street to norwich includes buses so will take an extra 1hr 40 min ish

The way home, any train from Charlton goes to London Bridge.

From London Bridge to Kings Cross:

Northern Line (north to Kings Cross 5th stop)

Kings Cross to Norwich:

Depart- KX 1715

Arrive- Ely 1819

D- Ely 1835

A- Nch 1929

D -KX 1815

A- Ely 1919

On your all day tavel card you only need zones 1-3. And the Liverpool street to London Bridge via Bank, then on to Charlton is the best way.

I normally go to the london games by train but seeing as I will probably sitting on the coach for longer than on a train I might aswell just go with the club coach travel
