Magilton sacked

I presume they sacked him now so that the new candidates can get a good look at the players in their last 2 matches, a decision can be made probably after the last game, and the new manager can get down to business at close of play this season.

I guess, why stick with Magilton when he isnt wanted.

According to Ipswich the choice has already been made and there aren''t any candidates.  To be unveiled later this week, possibly tomorrow.

Once whoever it is said yes, Mr Magilton was fired.

Some bookies have suspended betting on Keane so its looking likely to be him

Just like they suspeded betting on various people who didn''t get the job here in January. They don''t have a clue.

We are told that the money going on Keane (rightly or wrongly) is huge.  Keane, for what it is worth, will not take calls.

hahaha we would be dancing in the streets if we finished and giving our manager a knighthood if we finished 21st, where as our mighty rivals from Portaloo Road spit their dummies out when their clown of a manager can only get them to the dizzy heights of 9th.

Peterborough the 2nd best team in Anglia at worst.

Where did it all go wrong???  [:$]

If Gunn doesn''t carry on after this season let''s get Jim in.

Nice little commute for him, knows Alan Lee well, could sign a few Keane rejects for us.

9th place does sound good, Smudger, Jim''s job would be safe here.

I''m only being partly serious, given his ex-allegiance, but if we stay up I''m sure he would take some satisfaction in beating the scum next season, what better way of sticking two fingers up at Marcus Evans and his new Chief Exec.
