James Kent 0 Posted April 23, 2009 The game is not on SKY or TV anywhere as far as I know. However, they kick off at 12.30 anyone know why?
Matt Juler 140 Posted April 23, 2009 Police advice:The game between Blackpool and Nottingham Forest on April 25th has seen its kick off time brought forward. The Championship fixture was originally a 3pm kick off, but has now moved to 12:30pm. The kick off time has been moved on police advise after trouble between the two sets of supporters in recent games. A group of Forest fans infamously trashed the Swift Hound in 2006 and have only been back once since then - which was a night game.

At that time Forest were seen as a big scalp in the 1st Division (on and off the pitch), it was a mix of locals wanting to make a name for themselves and a few idiot Forest Fans wanting to re-create the 1970''s.I''ve only visited Blackpool once (and that wasn''t football related), even then it was a nightmare for violence. God knows what its like when a high pressure football match is taking place.

In the evening we were out in Blackpool and had no problems at all.
