I think apart from Dartford they are all ''Norwich City XI'' games i.e. for the reserves.

I believe these are clubs celebrating their 125th anniversary.  It probably matters not in the general scheme of things but I feel sure it is important to what is left of "grass roots" football in this country.

Whatever is happening to it. 

They seem pleased anyway - Dereham wish you well - so you will probably just have to humour their enthusiasm and I believe Dartford have got excited as well.

I think over the moon is over egging it a bit.

But the Norwich fans when they stuffed us 5-1 at Carrow Road did tell us: "We''ll never play you again."

Depending on your last three games you may well be right.

I took it as expected banter to an already relegated team - we were gone, you weren''t.
