Harleston Canary 0 Posted March 29, 2009 Seeing the post about Worthington and the Northern Ireland team, can anyone name a former City manager who''s gone on to be a successful manager at other clubs? I was wracking my brain and could only think of Martin O''Neill and he wasn''t manager here for long! Did any of the managers from before the 1970''s go on to better things? Certainly hasn''t been anyone recently...
JJ 0 Posted March 29, 2009 Not sure many of our bosses pre-1970''s did much. Otherwise Ron Saunders did great things with Villa and John Bond took Man City to the Cup Final.
