Barnsley win

Recommended Posts

Just seen the score from Oakwell, whoops puts pressure on us to get something at Birmingham on Saturday, I predict 2-1 to Norwich Cody scoring a last minute goal.

Southampton could win their game in hand 9-0 and put us back in the relegation zone but I am not going to bet on it.

Us...at the Vic.

We have a good record against them so hopefully for both of us that will continue.

Four six pointers there (Blackpool / Watford / Charlton / Forest).  If they win those it might still help drag the other down, even draws will help us as it won''t help either of the teams involved.  With Wolves and Burnley as well, you can''t see these games hinder us in the run in.

I think it''s important not to look at the table at this stage. We just need to get as many points from our last 7 games and not worry about how other teams are doing. If we keep our current form up - we will stay up. Simple as.

Yep. As has been said all along, predicting results seems to be almost impossible at this stage. I could do BBC predictor friday night and see us staying clear up, then see someone get a surprise victory and suddenly someone else looks like staying up. We can''t assume anything in relation to how other teams will do. So as it is, we just have to win as many as we can, make sure we atleast get a point if possible. Starting at Birmingham!

I reckon 3 wins for us is about the break even mark.  More and we will almost certainly beat the drop.

3 wins and 3 home games left

Can we do it? (Away points being bonus of course)

There''s a break even mark? Is that where we neither stay up nor go down?

:-)
