HOCKEYMYHERO 0 Posted March 22, 2009 These might be stupid rules but you will find Gow is not included as he plays for a team in Scotland and does not come under the same criteria as the others and does not count in the 5 only allowed .

Aurelius 0 Posted March 22, 2009 Exactly, Gow doesn''t count: http://www.pinkun.com/content/ncfc/story.a...3A01%3A40%3A990
Branston Pickle 3,656 Posted March 22, 2009 ....it is indeed the case that Gow doesn''t count as one of the loans, but tbh the penalty for violating this rule is so pathetic as to almost encourage it if the need arose - Sheff Wed were fined just a couple of thousand for breaking it in an important "relegation threatened vs promotion chasing" game (Stoke) last season, which surely sets a precedent. I think TevezHammer Gate will also set a precident in that if clubs infringe in a sporting law a club effected could probably have a strong case in court. If the FA really wanted to do something they should doc any points won in the said game - forget about money really because it would render doing it totally pointless. Lots of black and white and no grey.
Syteanric 1 Posted March 22, 2009 gow wouldnt of counted as he would of been a "foreign" Loanee if we had signed him on loan.Earlier this season we had 6 loans on the field when Lupoli was here.jas :)

blahblahblah 2 Posted March 23, 2009 The last loan rule violation ended up with a £2,000 fine - I''m sure we''d live if that happened.
