kdncfc 0 Posted March 14, 2009 Right! Not a great performance! We didnt look like we fancied it and to be frank neither did Norwich! They did just enough to beat us but that was nothing to write home about! Barnes was outplayed and bottled up by a very experienced player in Doherty who was just too physical for him. Gally drifted in and out of play with no real effect on proceedings. We only looked threatening when Fallon came on and won a few headers one of which just drifted wide in the 2nd half! Noone''s substitution was much too late to have an effect! Barker got outplayed several times at left back, Patto did get forward once he came on. At the end of the day we were not good enough and Norwich just about deserved it. Seip yet again held the back line together and god knows what damage he is doing to his groin at the moment! Met up with the players, manager and chairman after the game and all are gutted. Mackies mum and sister seem like nice people and the boy is very polite. Infact the players in general were polite especially Marcel who is taking so many pills it is untrue at the moment!! Luggy still believes 3 wins will be enough, we got another 4 games at home to sort that! We all need to believe, the players just can''t explain how we can play so well against top teams and yet lose to such poor teams!! A shock? We always beat Barnsley (except for that drab 0-0 at their place).If we''re such a poor team in this Plymouth fan''s view, how come we''ve taken them for 6 points this season?! kdncfc 0 Posted March 14, 2009 I think they were the poorest team that have been here this season, they were just lucky to catch Wolves in the middle of a bad run and nicked a lucky 1-0 and now seem to think they have a right to beat teams like us.
