Thank you everyone. I checked the results before I went out for my afternoon run and, I have to say, the stride was just a little longer today. It was, as others have said, a great weekend all round. I believe the PUP''s had almost 80% correct against the total teams selected and, because there were quite a few on the same selection, a lot of correct pickers. We needed a win to restore our confidence and with DDD coming up, followed by Inchy for the international week, I think we have an excellent chance of going out of March like a lion.

Yes Yankee well done my friend and I agree with your post entirely. I haven''t done the stats yet because I have had to work so much this weekend but I can tell you that it''s been a very good weekend for the PUPs. The win this weekend and the way you put it together is just what Ray and I talked about so often. We could see how the Pickers were getting better and better. Our league tells it''s own tale with 8 PUPs currently on 80% or more for the season. So many times we have been so close but fallen on one result. It''s not failure though. A line of six results has 729 possible outcomes and only one of those 729 can win us the money. So far from being failure the fact that we have won a few and been close a few more is real success and I agree with you that there''s scope for more wins before the end of the season.

So well done Yankee, step forward with all the PUPs and take a bow. I''m a proud man tonight and I know Ray would have been so proud too.

What a week this has been for the free bet and all you PUPs[Y] 50 of you selected this week, and 40 correct selections makes a stunning 80% success rate for the week. The selections were spread over 29 different teams which makes the result even more impressive.

Trent[*] stayed at the top with his Highland fling but the chasing pack includes 7 PUPs on 80% or more and young CNS-Canary[*] is looking dangerous on 11-13 and 85% so watch out for him to storm onto the leader board in a few weeks time[li]. Shack[*] and Lapp’s[*] impressive winning runs sadly came to an end this week so the longest current winning run is 5 consecutive winning naps from Beaker[*] Hughesy[*] and The Butler[*].

This is the latest PUPs League showing those who have at least 50% correct from at least 50% weeks.
