Lambo 0 Posted March 7, 2009 Spot on view on the board and how it''s their fault. Said to give some of the youngsters a chance. And how it''s disappointing to see such a lack of fight and passion.
William Darby 0 Posted March 7, 2009
Quick summary for those of us without a radio?
We''re a pile of shiite
BCanary 0 Posted March 7, 2009 We really do need to start sticking some youngsters into the team. There''s absolutely no doubt that the loanees and current first team squad aren''t going to get us out of it, and whilst I don''t expect the kids to either, what better time than this to give them first team experience? Lambo 0 Posted March 7, 2009 Let them get used to playing together, Keep Doc and Shack, Rusty and maybe Jamie Lad to provide some experience and start building for next week.
ZLF 271 Posted March 7, 2009 We do we need to use our youngsters? Those that have been used have not impressed or shown t heyhave more fight or passion than the senior players. Daley has not had much chance for an impact but seems no less hardworking than Jamie? Why keep rusty? He and CLingan were workshy and out classed again today? Its our midfield that is packed full of a good game a month workshy commitment-o-phobes that is causing us a problem, and the managers for failing to get that into the players. We played today like we did against QPR but our luck ran out.At least Fozzy was angry when subbed, yet he was kicked out of the club (if anyone would have him!!) for showing he cares?Blackpool wanted it more than our overpaid players and management did, end of story. Lambo 0 Posted March 7, 2009 Cos Rusty was the only midfielder we have who''d probably stay if we went down and you need to blend youth with experience. My previous post was a team for next year not this season.
Wether the youngsters are good enough or not is a different issue - most of us believe (and we could be wrong, it is a big assumption) that the kids might show a bit more passion than the current crop of players. At least we could go down with a bit of a figt
