Delia, When Do I Start??

***OFFICIAL MATCH THREAD VS BRISTOL CITY

Recommended Posts

I don`t think we`ll see Cody for a week or two yet.....he`ll have to raise his fitness levels first.

But I think you`ve got the score right!!

I''m really glad to see Curo keeping his place, he seems to be building a good understanding with Cort.  Would''nt be surprised to see JC get a hatrick today - might silence a few people on here for one!!

Gunn''s decision to start Cureton is the right one - Roeder would''ve definitely dropped Curo for this afternoons fixture and lost the players confidence, as he did with Lupoli and a couple of others.

BTW I''ve always been impressed with Carney when playing for Australia.

Solid, works hard and has the ability to change the game
Well listening to the match V wolves, he sounded untouchable.

Can''t get any coverage here except text and the yellow and blue dots on ESPN...  the yellow dots haven''t had a shot ey... the blue have had three (although we have had two corners)

How is it sounding  /  looking at this early stage?

Text suggests they are shooting at will( must resist carry on joke)

I guess what happens now will tell us whether Gunn can be manager long term

(and our prospects of comfortably staying up)
OR we''re just playing a good team, in form, who were promotion contenders last season.

They are a good team but it will still be interesting to see how the players respond and what Gunn does with the subs

(at least Ipswich are losing)

hopefully get one back before half time or just to go in 1-0 doesn´t sound too bad considering it sounds like its all Bristol.

Hopefully regroup at half time, bring on Gow and Carney for second half as he did sound useful against wolves.
