I agree 2 mill pounds is too much for Iversen. Would be insane to pay that much for an old ,injured player like him. If we bought him it would probably take him a couple   of months to get match fit.

I have the whole story as I''m sitting here with some Norwegian colleagues.

[8-|]

The paper Dagbladet claimed Rosenborg received a 20 million Nok (M£2) bid from Norwich for Iversen. This was written by a not particular trustworthy reporter.

The paper Aftenposten, had quotes from a senior coach at Rosenborg who quotes the bid was less than £500000, and laughed at the suggestion of a M£2 bid. He was also quoted as saying Norwich can just forget it.

The local rag in Trondheim, also has the bid of approx £500000.

How about Ched for a million and Iverson for 800k, now I would be happy with that.

Then we can get rid of Barndoor Jamielad to a league 2 club.

Shame none is going to happen.

agreed half a million quid for somone of 31 is alot of money .

we could get somone younger with potential, and make money out of it .

again this could just be speculation.

Iversen for 500k is a good deal least he has proven recently that he can find the net...
